In a conversation with a group of guys last week the subject shifted to food and someone asked if you could pick only one meat what would it be-chicken, pork or beef? To tell you the truth I would have a tough time without any of the three.
In the conversation there were good arguments for all three. I couldn't survive without a good pork chop or steak off the grill. My choice would have to be chicken though because there are so many different ways to prepare it.
There was a very good professional baseball player by the name of Wade Boggs. In his major league playing days he ate chicken every single day. He was asked about that in an interview and described in detail the number of ways he eats chicken.
