LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a City-State General Election in the City of Mantorville, County of Dodge, State of Minnesota, will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The following municipal offices will be filled:

One (1) Mayor - Two (2) year term

Two (2) Council Members - Four (4) year term each

One (1) Council Member - Two (2) year term

The first day for filing Affidavits of Candidacy for the above offices shall begin on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 and close at 5:00 PM on August 19, 2010.

The designated polling place for the City of Mantorville is the City Hall building located at 21 5th Street East for all voters residing within the corporate limits of the City of Mantorville.
