NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of a mortgage dated April 24, 2008, executed by Gary P. Uhrmann, as mortgagor(s) to Associated Bank, N.A. as mortgagee in the original principal amount of Eleven Thousand Five Hundred ($11,500.00) Dollars, recorded with the Dodge County Recorder, State of Minnesota, on May 16, 2008, as doc. no.
