Four charged with rural Dodge County burglary
At approximately 9:10 a.m. on Saturday morning June 7th, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a burglary in progress on 710 Street in the southeast part of Dodge County. The property owner drove to the residence and found a vehicle in the yard. Two people then ran from the house toward a field and two other people got into the car and left the residence. The car traveled at a high rate of speed toward Olmsted County and responding officers were unable to locate it.
A male and female were taken into custody at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and transported to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office where they were questioned. The other male and female suspects were picked up shortly after 9:00 p.m. on Saturday evening by the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office. All four suspects were held in the Steele County Adult Detention Center over the weekend and brought to Dodge County District Court this morning.
Jerimy Richard Hart, Angela Marie Tollefson, David Patrick Fournier and Marinee Sue Weedman appeared in Dodge County District Court and were all charged with: Count I - Burglary in the Second Degree, 609.582.2(a)(4) a felony, Count II - Possession of Burglary or Theft Tools, 609.59 a felony, and Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, 152.025.2(a)(1) a felony.
All four suspects are being held in Steele County Adult Detention Center, Weedman on $20,000.00 unconditional bail/$10,000.00 with conditions; Hart, Fournier and Tollefson are being held on $30,000.00 unconditional bail/$15,000.00 with conditions.
