Jodi Hill is a mother and wife. As a woman, Jodi has had to find the strength to face something in life that she never thought she would have to deal with and has had to accept the challenge of battling breast cancer.

Jodi has created a network of supporters who surround her and her family. The past few months have offered true challenges and opportunity to overcome fear, doubt and something no woman should ever have to face. Through the support of many wonderful community members, Jodi has been successful with her treatments. People have rallied around her and supported her journey to recovery along with showing support for others in the community who face the same challenge.

For decades women have fought to make their place in the world one of power and influence. Through that empowerment, they continue to rally around its community members in times of need to make miracles happen.

The Sunshine Closet Collection teamed up with Xtreme Fitness, Go2wed.com and Achieve Results Physical Therapy to provide an exclusive Ladies Night Out event to rally women of the community, have a good time, network and give back to a community member in need.

"Ladies Night Out, A Moonlight Affair" will be held Friday, August 27 from 6-10 p.m. at Events By Daniel's, Saker & Schmitz. The event is an opportunity to mingle, to be pampered, to shop and try something new. Vendors will include those who offer mini belly dance lessons, a moonlight Zumba class, satin hand treatments, hair and makeup artists and other health and fitness opportunities. Other vendors include Mary Kay, Shaklee, Thirty One Bags, Pure Romance, Tastefully Simple, Lia Sophia, EmberBrite and Rochester International Dance just to name a few. There will be 25 vendors in all.

There will be appetizers and drink specials. The first 50 people through the door will receive free goodie bags and drink tickets. Tickets ($10) are available at Xtreme Fitness in Kasson or online at: www.thesunshinecloset.com. The price will be $15 at the door.
