The KM Thunder U12 girls soccer team had a successful Rochesterfest Tournament. They went 3-0 and took 1st place winning 1-0 in the playoff game against Chaska. K-M varsity wrestling coach Paul Mann has been suspended from coaching for the 2010-11 year and the school district has been fined $1,000 for violations of Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) bylaws 307 and 308.

For the first time this season, it felt like summer at the Dodge County Speedway. Seventy-eight racing machines signed in the back gate this week to tackle the historic fairgrounds oval.

Mother Nature’s win streak stood at five consecutive weeks of rained out racing going into this week. The rainouts finally ended at the Dodge County Speedway, but barely.
