Big plays lead to 30-6 football win at Triton

The game story was the big plays. Brady Berge ran for a 33 yard score and threw a 15 yard touchdown pass to Samuel Dvorak, Jace Wohlfiel ran the ball in from 30 yards out and Andrew Bigelow scored on an 80 yard run.

The KoMet boys soccer team has more seniors than the football team. That has probably never happened.

Football team dominated by underclassmen!

Last year the 9-2 KoMets had 23 seniors on the roster. This season there are seven seniors on a team dominated by underclassmen. "We will need to have a quick learning curve," said second year varsity coach Broc Threinen who has coached in the varsity/junior varsity football program 13 years.

Cooper Rose goal keeps boys soccer team unbeaten at 9-0

The K-M boys soccer team record winning streak increased to nine games Saturday on a Cooper Rose goal that resulted in a 1-0 win over Winona at KMTelecom Stadium Saturday. The KoMets also won 2-0 over Stewartville Tuesday night.

Gustafson 12th, Ostroot 23rd at 25 team Gerry Smith Invite

In a field of 25 teams and 178 runners K-M sophomore Brennan Gustafson and senior Mark Ostroot placed in the top 25 individually at the Gerry Smith Invitational Cross Country Meet in Montgomery last Thursday afternoon.

7-0 boys soccer start best in school history

The K-M boys soccer team are off to their best start in school history with a 7-0 record. A couple of narrow one-goal wins and an 11-0 blowout against Caledonia insured the team of a perfect start.
